National Go Skate Day 2014 with Sirk at Long’s Board Shop, South Portland Maine’s Local Skate Shop. Ramps were borrowed from New Hampshire Skate Park Rye Airfield. It was a gorgeous day and plenty of fun was had, despite the bloody ankle. Minor wound for a day of Skateboarding!

Great new trick performed by Sirk and filmed by Fes at the Portland, Maine skate park! Indie 360, hard work to land and prefect the trick has finally paid off. We are hoping to see the development of many more impressive tricks as the summer proceeds.

Psycho’s two sons are already taking the lead in the Next Generation of Society’s Enemy!

They still have a little ways to go from stomach sliding to skating, but the older one has the right idea!

Weird Wood Skateboards

Built on twenty acres of land in North Berwick, Maine, The Weird Wood Compound/Playground has been dubbed by many the Skatetopia of Maine.  It is a backyard, home built skate park that is full of fun and craziness. They hosted their first Skate Competition recently, and a few of the SE boys decided to attend to check it out. This is no typical home built skate park though, the Weird Wood Compound is skillfully put together and has so much to do and new things to try. Skaters from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and probably a few other states drove up to join in on the fun.

Check out the Weird Wood facebook page with the link provided, they have a cool line of skater supplies.

Often taking on the role of picture takers and video recorders for the boys, it is rare to see them in the spotlight.

Keep in mind SE Team Members, you know your girls love you when they partake in and support your hobbies and take hours of photos and videos for you.

SIRK’s Girl

Sirk is the first, and only as far as we know, skater to land a trick on this rail at the Sanford, Maine Skate Park since the rail was added to the park.
